4. פיגור בתשלום אגרה
לא שולמה אגרה במועד לפי הוראות תקנה 3 –
(1)ייווספו עליה הפרשי ריבית והצמדה לפי חוק פסיקת ריבית והצמדה, התשכ״א–1961, ממועד התשלום, כאמור בתקנת משנה 3(א) או בסעיף 216(א) לחוק המזון, לפי העניין, עד לתשלום בפועל;
(2)רשאי התאגיד להפסיק את הצבתם של גורמי הפיקוח במפעל, בלי שיהיה בכך כדי לפגוע בסמכויותיו לגביית חוב האגרה לפי כל דין.
