6. דיווח
בית החולים ידווח למשרד בתום כל שנה – דיווח החתום ביד מנהל בית החולים הכולל את כל אלה:
(1)מספר מחזורי הטיפול שבוצעו בשנת התקצוב ובתקופה המקבילה בשנה הקודמת;
(2)דיווח על רכישה והטמעה או על ביצוע הזמנת רכש של תוכנות מתקדמות במעבדת IVF.
