9. תקצוב נוסף בעד שיפור תשתיות המחשוב, רכש והצטיידות ביחידות IVF
סכום תקצוב נוסף בשיעור של 28% מסך כל התקצוב הנוסף, יחולק בחלוקה שווה בין בתי החולים, אך לא יותר מ־613,000 שקלים חדשים לבית חולים, בעד ההוצאה שהוציא בית החולים או הזמנת הרכש שביצע על רכישה והטמעה של תוכנות מתקדמות למעבדות ה־IVF.
