Section 4 of תקנות ההתייעלות הכלכלית (כללי חלוקה לרשויות הסמוכות לנמל התעופה בן־גוריון) (הוראת שעה), התשפ״ד–2023, שיעור הניקוד לרשות מקומית איתנה.
4. שיעור הניקוד לרשות מקומית איתנה
על אף האמור בתקנות 2 ו־3, בחישוב החלוקה לפיהן, הניקוד הניתן לרשות מקומית אשר הוכרזה עירייה איתנה לפי סימן ד׳ לפרק 11 לפקודת העיריות או מועצה מקומית איתנה לפי סעיף 34 לפקודת המועצות המקומיות, יהיה 75% מהניקוד לפי התקנות האמורות; ואולם רשות כאמור שמרחקה מנמל התעופה בן־גוריון עולה על 2,500 מטרים לא תהיה זכאית להקצאה לפי התקנות האמורות.
