2. הארכת תקופת ההארכה לעניין פרק ב׳ לחוק
תקופת ההארכה לעניין פרק ב׳ לחוק מוארכת בזה בשלושה חודשים נוספים לגבי אישורים רגולטוריים שהם מסוג האישורים הרגולטוריים המנויים בסעיף 1, ובלבד שניתנו מלכתחילה לתקופה העולה על שנה כאמור בסעיף 2(ג) לחוק.
