12. העברת התיק של הועדה
יושב ראש הועדה יעביר לרשם, אם נדרש לעשות כן על ידי הרשם, את החלטת הועדה כשהיא חתומה על ידי חבריה, את פרוטוקול הדיונים לפני הועדה, כל כתב של בעלי הדין וכל מסמך אחר שהוגש לועדה בקשר לערר שלפניה.
