Section 3 of תקנות לטיפול בחולי נפש (ערעור בפני בית המשפט המחוזי), תשי״ז–1957, מועד להגשת הערעור.
3. מועד להגשת הערעור
(א)ערעור יוגש תוך חמישה עשר יום מיום שהגיעה למערער החלטת הועדה.
(ב)בית המשפט רשאי להיזקק לערעור שהוגש תוך שלושים יום אחרי המועד האמור בתקנת משנה (א) אם האיחור בהגשתו נגרם על ידי סיבות הנראות לבית המשפט.
