13. הגשת בקשה
(א)בקשה להכרה במוסד יגיש מנהל המוסד לועדת ההכרה ויצרף לה כל מסמך או אישור הנחוצים בהתאם לתנאי ההכרה.
(ב)העתק הבקשה יישלח למנהל.
(ג)ראתה המועצה המדעית כי במוסד המבקש מתקיימים, לכאורה, תנאי ההכרה, היא תמנה מבין חבריה ועדת בדיקה, תוך 60 ימים מיום הגשת הבקשה.
