35. התחזות
(א)לא ישתמש אדם בתואר מומחה אלא אם כן התואר אושר לו לפי תקנות אלה, ולא ישתמש אדם בתואר דומה עד כדי להטעות לאחד התארים שלפי תקנות אלה.
(ב)בוטל תואר לפי תקנה 36, יחדל בעל התואר להשתמש בו מיום שנמסרה לו הודעה בדבר הביטול; הותלה התואר, יימנע בעל התואר מלהשתמש בו כל זמן שהתואר מותלה.
(ג)בתקנה זו, ”תואר מומחה“ – לרבות תרגום או קיצור של תואר או רמז אחר להתמחות בענף רפואה וטרינרית.
