7. הוראת מעבר
(א)על אף האמור בתקנה 4 רשאי המנהל לתת היתר זמני כמחסן עופות לתקופה של שנה אחת למי שהגיש בקשה על כך לפי הטופס שבתוספת, אם ראה כי עד לתחילת תקנות אלה עסק המבקש שלוש שנים רצופות לפחות בחיסון עופות.
(ב)בעל היתר זמני רשאי לפנות למנהל בבקשה לקבלת היתר כמחסן עופות, והמנהל יתן לו היתר כאמור אם יעמוד בבחינה הקבועה בתקנה 4(3).
