5. נוכחות היחיד בישיבה
(א)נוסף על האמור בסעיף 191(ג) לחוק, היחיד רשאי להביא עימו לישיבה כל מלווה.
(ב)במקרה שהיחיד לא התייצב יערוך נציג הרשם תרשומת על אי־התייצבות היחיד, ויורה על מועד חדש לישיבה; לא התייצב היחיד למועד הישיבה המעודכן, ימסור נציג הרשם דיווח על אי־התייצבות היחיד לרשם חדלות הפירעון.
