9. איחוד תיקים
(א)בקשה לאיחוד תיקים תוגש ללשכה לפי טופס 857 כמפורט בצו הטפסים הנוספים ויצורפו אליו הדפים הנוספים שבטופס 568 המשמש כיום כבקשה לאיחוד תיקים.
(ב)הטיפול בבקשה לאיחוד תיקים ובתיקים שאוחדו יהיה כאמור בתקנות 25 עד 25ו לתקנות, בתיאומים המחוייבים לפי הענין.
