3. דרישות להטסת מפקחים
לא יוטס מפקח בכלי טיס כאמור בתקנה 2, אלא אם מולאו שני אלה:
(1)המפקח הציג בפני מחזיק רשיון הפעלה, עובדיו או סוכניו תעודת מפקח שניתנה לו מאת המנהל ואישור מאת המנהל בדבר זכותו לדרוש הטסה לשם ביצוע תפקידו;
(2)המפקח המציא למחזיק רשיון ההפעלה, עובדיו או סוכניו טופס ”דרישה להטסה לשם ביצוע תפקידי פיקוח“ כשהוא ממולא כראוי, וחתום ביד המנהל, שישמר בידי מחזיק הרשיון.
