4. בקשה לגבי בתי ספר מסויימים
מבקש רשיון לבית־ספר שהוא מוסד חינוך מוּכר כמשמעותו בחוק לימוד חובה, תש״ט–1949, או מוסד חינוך הכלול בהסדר של משרד החינוך והתרבות לשכר לימוד מודרג, אינו חייב לצרף לבקשתו –
(1)המסמכים המתוארים בתקנה 2(6), (7) ו־(8);
(2)המסמכים המפורטים בתקנה 2(1), (2), (3) ו־(4) אם הם כבר נמצאים בידי משרד החינוך והתרבות.
