בתקנות אלה –
”הצו“ – צו בדבר בתי משפט (רמת הגולן) (מס׳ 273), התשל״ג–1973, שהוציא מפקד כוחות צה״ל באיזור רמת הגולן;
”בית המשפט“ ו”בית המשפט לערעורים“ – כמשמעותם בצו.
