היה ערעור על פסק הדין של בית משפט תלוי ועומד לפני תחילת החוק בבית המשפט לערעורים ידון בו בית המשפט המחוזי בנצרת, והוא רשאי לדון בו מן השלב שאליו הגיע בית המשפט לערעורים.
