7. מאסר קודם
(א)מי שערב תחילתו של החוק נשא בעונש מאסר שגזר עליו בית המשפט או בית המשפט לערעורים, דינו לענין תקופת מאסרו ולענין חנינה כדין מי שבית משפט בישראל גזר עליו מאסר.
(ב)מי שערב תחילתו של החוק נשא בעונש מאסר שגזר עליו בית משפט צבאי שכונן לפי צו בדבר הוראות בטחון, התש״ל–1970, שהוציא מפקד כוחות צה״ל באיזור רמת הגולן, דינו לענין תקופת מאסרו ולענין חנינה כדין מי שבית משפט צבאי בישראל גזר עליו מאסר.
