6. דמי שכירות מופחתים
דמי השכירות המופחתים יהיו בשיעור שהוא 20% פחות מדמי השכירות המשתלמים משוכר מרצון למשכיר מרצון בעד שכירות של יחידת דיור דומה באותו אזור, לפי קביעת השמאי הממשלתי הראשי שתינתן במועד שלאחר מתן אישור לפי סעיף 157א לחוק התכנון והבנייה, לבניין שבו נמצאת יחידת הדיור בהישג יד להשכרה או לפני כניסתו של זוכה חדש ליחידת הדיור.
