1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”הכנסה“ – כמשמעותה בסעיף 1 לפקודת מס הכנסה;
”מס הכנסה“ – מס הכנסה או מס רווח הון כמשמעותם בפקודת מס הכנסה;
”מס רכוש“ – כמשמעותו בחוק מס רכוש וקרן פיצויים, תשכ״א–1961;
”מס שבח מקרקעין“, ”תוספת מס“ ו”זכות במקרקעין“ – כמשמעותם בחוק מס שבח מקרקעין, תשכ״ג–1963;
”קרוב“ – ילד, בן זוג או ילדו של בן הזוג.
