5. פטור ממס שבח
(א)הקרן תהיה פטורה ממס שבח מקרקעין בשל מכירה של זכות במקרקעין המשמשת במישרין את מטרותיה.
(ב)הקרן תהיה פטורה ממס רכישה בשל מכירת זכות במקרקעין המשמשת במישרין וממס רכישה את מטרותיה.
