בתוקף סמכותי לפי סעיף 10 לחוק בנינים ציבוריים (מיתקני שתיה למים צוננים), התשמ״ז–1986, אני מצווה לאמור:
1. תחולת החוק
בבנין ציבורי קיים, למעט בנין ציבורי שתקנות בנינים ציבוריים (מיתקן שתיה למים צוננים) (פטור מחובת התקנה), התשמ״ח–1988, חלות עליו, יותקן מיתקן שתיה תוך שנה מיום פרסומו של צו זה (הצו פורסם ביום 1.9.1988).
