5. בדיקת הבקשה
(א)נוסף על האמור בסעיף 261(ה)(3) לחוק, יבדקו מתכנן המחוז ומהנדס הועדה המקומית את התאמת הבקשה להנחיות הצוות המלווה, אולם לא יבדקו את תכנון הקונסטרוקציה של מבנה הדרך.
(ב)תוצאות הבדיקה האמורה בתקנת משנה (א) ייערכו לפי טופס 2 שבתוספת.
