10. איחוד עררים
המועצה הארצית רשאית לאחד את הדיון בעררים שונים הנוגעים לתכנית מפורטת אחת, או להחלטה אחת של הועדה המיוחדת, ולדון בהם במשותף, אם כרוכים בהם בעיות תכנוניות או עובדתיות דומות.
