2. מנהל חופים
(א)ראש רשות מקומית ימנה אדם מבין עובדי הרשות המקומית למנהל החופים שבתחומה.
(ב)לא ימונה אדם למנהל החופים אלא אם כן עבר הכשרה לתפקידו לפי תכנית שאישר מפקח רחצה ארצי בנושאים כמפורט בתוספת השנייה או הכשרה כאמור במהלך השנה הראשונה לתקופת מינויו.
