2. שיעור הקנס
שיעור הקנס לעבירה כאמור בסעיף 1 על –
(1)תקנה 2(א), (ב) ו־(ד) לתקנות הוא 500 שקלים חדשים;
(2)תקנה 3 לתקנות הוא 960 שקלים חדשים.
