26. סעד זמני מאת בית המשפט
סמכות בית המשפט לתת סעד זמני בהליכים המתנהלים לפניו תהיה נתונה לו גם לעניין הליכי בוררות כאמור בחוק זה, בין שמקום הבוררות בישראל ובין שהוא מחוץ לישראל; בית המשפט יפעיל את סמכותו כאמור בהתאם לסדרי הדין ודיני הראיות החלים בהליכים לפניו, בהתחשב במאפיינים הייחודיים של בוררות בין־לאומית.
