29. מושב הבוררות
(א)הצדדים רשאים להסכים על מושב הבוררות; באין הסכמה כאמור, יקבע הרכב הבוררים את מושב הבוררות, בהתחשב בנסיבות העניין, לרבות שיקולי נוחות של הצדדים.
(ב)על אף האמור בסעיף קטן (א), הרכב הבוררים רשאי להתכנס בכל מקום שימצא לנכון לשם התייעצות בין חבריו, שמיעת עדים או מומחים או שמיעת הצדדים, או לשם בחינת מסמכים, טובין או נכס, והכול אלא אם כן הסכימו הצדדים אחרת.
