44. הכרה בפסק בוררות ואכיפתו
(א)פסק בוררות יוכר כמחייב את הצדדים וייאכף על ידי בית המשפט, לפי בקשה בכתב, והכול בלא קשר לתחום השיפוט שבו הוא ניתן ובכפוף להוראות סעיף זה וסעיף 45.
(ב)צד המבקש להסתמך על פסק בוררות או המבקש מבית משפט לאכוף אותו, יצרף לבקשה כאמור את פסק הבוררות המקורי או העתק ממנו, ואם בית המשפט הורה לעשות כן – יגיש לו גם תרגום של פסק הבוררות לעברית בהתאם להוראות בית המשפט.
