7. סמכויות בית המשפט לעניין סיוע בבוררות ופיקוח עליה
הסמכויות המוקנות בחוק זה לבית המשפט, למעט הסמכויות הקבועות בסעיף 9, יהיו נתונות לבית המשפט המוסמך לדון, לפי כל דין, בעניין שהוסכם למוסרו לבוררות, למעט בית משפט השלום, שבעניינים שבסמכותו ידון בית המשפט המחוזי.
