6. דמי הצלה
נמכרה סחורה טרופה לפי סעיף 14 לפקודה, ישלם המקבל למציל מסכום שנשאר – לאחר שנוכו מהפדיון הוצאות מכירתה, הוצאות אחרות שהוצאו על ידי המקבל לרבות המסים והאגרות החלות עליה – דמי הצלה בשיעור מ־30% עד 50%.
