2. שמירת היחס הקיים בין סוגי יצרנים
בפעולותיה לפי תקנות אלה תשמור ועדת המכסות על יחס קבוע בין סך כל מכסותיהם של היצרנים המושביים לסך כל מכסותיהם של היצרנים השיתופיים, כמפורט להלן:
(1)סך כל מכסותיהם של היצרנים המושביים יהווה כ־42% מהיקף הייצור הכולל;
(2)סך כל מכסותיהם של היצרנים השיתופיים יהווה כ־58% מהיקף הייצור הכולל.
