נוסף על האמור בסעיף 84טו(א)(4) לחוק, על מקום קלפי לשוהים במוסדות, שלפי סעיף 84טו(א)(4) לא רואים בו כמקום קלפי כאמור בסעיף 31א לחוק, יחולו, בשינויים המחויבים, הוראות תקנות 21ב, 25 ו־30א(ב) לתקנות הרשויות המקומיות (סדרי בחירות), התשכ״ה–1965.
