2. הצמדה למדד
סכום זה יעודכן ב־1 בינואר בכל שנה בהתאם לשיעור השינוי במדד המחירים לצרכן שמפרסמת הלשכה המרכזית לסטטיסטיקה, הידוע ביום האמור, לעומת המדד שהיה ידוע ב־1 בינואר בשנה שקדמה לה.
