10. מקום חניה לרכב מסויים
(א)המנהל רשאי לציין במקום חניה על גבי תמרור, או בשלט שייקבע על תמרור או בסמוך לו, את מספרי הרישום וסימני הרישום של הרכב שמותר להעמידו באותו מקום.
(ב)פעל המנהל כאמור בסעיף קטן (א), לא יעמיד אדם רכב שמספר הרישום וסימן הרישום שלו אינם מצויינים כאמור, לא יחנהו ולא ירשה לאחר להעמידו או להחנותו באותו מקום חניה.
