12. איסור גרימת מכשול
(א)לא יניח אדם מכשול, לא יתערב ולא יפריע לשימוש במסוף ולא ירשה לאחר לעשות כן.
(ב)לא יפריע אדם לכל ממלא תפקיד בתפעול מסוף, או לנותן שירות בו, לרבות בהעברת נוסעים, מטעניהם או טובין אחרים, בביצוע פעולות אחזקה ובמתן שירותים לאוטובוסים במסוף.
