14. איסור עישון והבערת אש
(א)לא יעשן אדם ולא יחזיק סיגריה, סיגר או מקטרת דולקים, לא ידליק גפרור ולא יחזיק גפרור דולק במסוף במקום אשר בו מוצב שילוט או סימון האוסר על כך.
(ב)לא ידליק אדם אש, ולא ישא אש גלויה ולא יחזיק מאור חשוף אלא במקום שהמנהל הרשה לעניין זה ולמטרה שהמנהל אישר אותה מראש.
(ג)לא יעשה אדם כל פעולה הגורמת או עלולה לגרום לשריפה.
