4. פירעון תשלום קבוע
תיקון: תשס״ז
(א)מנוי ישלם את התשלום הקבוע לכל חודשיים מראש.
(ב)על אף האמור בתקנת משנה (א), מנוי המחזיק בקו מנוי־טלפון למנוי זכאי, יחויב חשבונו בתשלום הקבוע המופחת כמפורט בפרט 1(א) בחלק ב׳ בתוספת הראשונה, רק בתקופה העוקבת לתקופה הדו־חודשית שבעדה הוא זכאי לתשלום המופחת כאמור.
