4א. פיגור בתשלום התמלוגים
תיקון: תשס״ב
(א)על סכום תמלוגים שלא שולם במועד התשלום, ייווספו הפרשי הצמדה לפי מספר הימים שחלפו ממועד התשלום עד התשלום בפועל.
(ב)בתקנה זו, ”הפרשי הצמדה“ – תוספת לסכום התמלוגים לפי שיעור השינוי של המדד מן המדד שפורסם לאחרונה לפני מועד התשלום כאמור בתקנת משנה 4(ג), עד למדד שפורסם לאחרונה לפני מועד תשלום התמלוגים בפועל.
