דיווח למועצה מאת מבצע עבודה יהיה בהתאם לכללים הקבועים בתקנות אלה ובתקנות להסדר ההימורים בספורט (תכנית הימורים בכדורגל), תשכ״ט–1969 (להלן – תקנות תכנית ההימורים).
