4. דו״חות כספיים והעברת הכנסות
תיקון: תשמ״ח
לא יאוחר מיום ב׳ בשבוע יגיש מבצע עבודה למועצה דו״ח כספי שבועי לגבי מחזור תחרויות כדורגל, כאמור בתקנה 3; בדו״ח יפורטו הכנסות המועצה והוצאותיה שנתקבלו והוצאו באמצעותו מהימורים; יחד עם הדו״ח יועברו למועצה סכומי ההכנסות בניכוי ההוצאות.
