2. חובות בעל זכיון
בעל זכיון יפעל בכל הנוגע לתכנונה, הקמתה, תפעולה ותחזוקתה של מערכת כבלים, בהתאם לאמור בתקנות אלה ובמיפרטי תחנת השידור שקבע השר בתנאי הזכיון.
