12. חיבור לפס השוואת פוטנציאלים
במיתקן חשמלי בסביבת מאגר מים כל השירותים המתכתיים, לרבות קונסטרוקציה, מבנים, ארונות, צנרת, מכלים וגופים מתכתיים, וכל חלק מתכתי שיכול להופיע עליו מתח, יחוברו באמצעות מוליך חיבור אל פס השוואת פוטנציאלים.
