תוכנית המיתקן ותוצאות בדיקות המיתקן יישמרו בידי מחזיק המיתקן; בעל מיתקן שאינו מחזיקו, ישמור את הדיווחים שנמסרו לו ממחזיק המיתקן לפי תקנות אלה.
