4. ציוד המותקן על חוף
(א)ציוד המותקן על החוף והמזין ציוד אחר, יתוכנן ויותקן במרחק העולה על מטר וחצי מסף גלישת המים.
(ב)על אף האמור בתקנת משנה (א), אפשר שציוד המותקן על החוף ומזין ציוד אחר יתוכנן ויותקן במרחק הקטן ממטר וחצי מסף גלישת המים, אם הוא בעל דרגת הגנה ודרגת איטום המתאימות לפעולה על המים או מתחת לפני המים לפי ת״י 60529, או שהוא עומד בדרישות המפורטות בתקנה 5.
