3. הארכת התקופה הקובעת על ידי הממשלה
הממשלה רשאית, באישור ועדת העבודה, הרווחה והבריאות של הכנסת, להאריך, בצו את התקופה הקובעת כהגדרתה בסעיף 1, לתקופה שלא תעלה על שנה.
