5. תשלום תמריץ
תיקון: תשנ״ג
(א)בקשה לתמריץ תוגש על ידי המעסיק בדרך, במועדים ועל פי כללים שיקבע שר האוצר.
(ב)סכום התמריץ יועבר למעסיק בתוך 45 ימים מיום הגשת הבקשה; הועבר הסכום לאחר המועד האמור, תיווסף עליו ריבית בשיעור הנקבע מעת לעת על ידי החשב הכללי באוצר, עד להעברתו למעסיק בפועל.
