6. סמכויות וסדרי דין
(א)צו כאמור בסעיף 3 יכיל דרישה למתן ערובה כדי להבטיח את קיום המגבלות שנקבעו בו; תנאי הערובה, לרבות חילוטה, יפורטו בצו.
(ב)הסמכות העניינית לדון לפי חוק זה תהיה לבית המשפט שהרשיע את פעיל הטרור.
