21. ביצוע עסקה
תיקון: תשמ״ט־2
(א)כל עסקה בחשבון חסכון לא תפחת מ־10 שקלים חדשים ותהיה בסכום המתחלק ל־10 שקלים חדשים.
(ב)שום עסקה בחשבון חסכון לא תבוצע אם לא יוגש הפנקס, אלא אם ניתנה רשות לכך מאת המנהל.
