25. דין פנקס
(א)פנקס שניתן לבעל חשבון חסכון יישאר קנינו של בנק הדואר.
(ב)בעל חשבון חסכון חייב להמציא את הפנקס לבנק הדואר בכל עת שיידרש.
(ג)אבד פנקס, רשאי המנהל לדרוש מבעל חשבון החסכון שיפרסם את דבר האבידה בכל דרך שתיראה לו, לפני שיינתן לו פנקס חדש.
(ד)ניזוק פנקס או נתקלקל, רשאי המנהל לדרוש את החזרתו ואת ביטולו וליתן פנקס חדש לבעל החשבון.
(ה)בעד פנקס חדש רשאי המנהל לגבות אגרה כמפורט בחלק ב׳ לתוספת.
