29. עסקה באמצעות המחאות כסף
תיקון: תשל״ה־2, תשל״ז, תשמ״א, תשמ״ט־2
(א)בנק הדואר יקיים שירות המחאות כסף שבאמצעותו יוכל אדם (להלן – השולח) לשלוח לזולתו (להלן – המוטב) סכום כסף הנקוב בהמחאה, ובלבד שהסכום לא יפחת משלושים שקלים חדשים.
(ב)על אף האמור בתקנת משנה (א), שירות המחאת כסף ארצית – גוביינא אגב מסירה ינתן ללא הגבלת סכום.
